Since 1997, Mom's Bakery has been under the leadership of Kristi Kay, Mr. Kay's daughter. Ms. Kay has been the driving force in the expansion of Mom's into a 75,000 square foot facility.
Mom's currently has 2 fully baked biscuit lines and a frozen dough line. A no trans fat biscuit is also in the works.
